This workshop is designed to discover how stress affects you both mentally and physically. You’ll learn practical tools and techniques to manage stress, promote deep rest, and support healing. Through guided exercises and daily practices, you’ll create real, lasting shifts from tension to relaxation. Over six weeks, the workshop helps you develop habits and practices that bring long-term emotional and mental balance — supporting a calmer, more centred life in alignment with who you truly are.

Pillars of the Workshop

The workshop is built on three pillars:

  • Action – Between sessions, you will take action and actively take greater ownership of your life.

Content

There are six modules spread over 6 weeks, each lasting approximately two hours. We start with the basics of stress and go deeper each week, so that you gain increasing clarity about what you need to live a more balanced and less stressful life.

Offerings

We offer the workshop in 3 forms:

  • Individual – 6 sessions of 2 hours for €520  (€87 euro per session)
  • Small group of 3 people – 6 sessions of 2 hours for €285  (€47.5 euro per person per session)
  • Duo or Bigger groups – on demand
